Investment Research & Field Coordinator

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field research and identify projects and plots that may represent investment or strategic business opportunities.
• Research developers, project status, and relevant real estate development activity.
• Identify and screen potential investment and development opportunities.
• Prepare reports and manage structured project information and databases.

Qualifications and experience

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Two to five years of relevant UAE experience in real estate, property research, brokerage research, market intelligence, site coordination, or property data is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Dubai geography and major real estate development areas.
• Practical understanding of real estate development and construction activity in Dubai.

Skills and competencies

• Strong research, observation, and information-gathering skills.
• Ability to identify developers, projects, and potential development opportunities.
• Strong online research capability and confidence using Google Maps and location research.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail when managing a large volume of project information.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise, and professional written reports.
• Good written and spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfort working with CRM systems and structured databases.
• Ability to work independently, manage a field schedule, and meet reporting deadlines.

Highly desirable knowledge

• Knowledge of the Dubai Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate development lifecycle and construction stages.
• Knowledge of off-plan developments, joint ventures, and distressed or stalled development projects.

Mandatory requirement

• A valid UAE driving license and access to a car are mandatory because the position requires frequent field visits across Dubai.
