Full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The manager will oversee HR operations, support organizational growth, and collaborate closely with department heads.
Responsibilities
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, and performance reviews.
- Develop organizational structures and manage organization charts across multiple companies.
- Handle employee health insurance policies and renewals.
- Oversee payroll processing.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support the organization's growth and success.
Requirements
- Expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple companies.
- Experience implementing HR policies, compliance, and performance management systems.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or CIPD is an added advantage.
