About the Role
KeyMavens is seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and highly connected Business Development Manager for real estate investments.
The role focuses on originating, qualifying, and developing high-quality real estate investment opportunities across Dubai and the wider UAE.
The successful candidate will bring qualified opportunities to the Investment Department for analysis and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop real estate investment opportunities across the UAE.
- Build networks and relationships within the real estate industry.
- Develop joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Identify distressed and highly specialized investment opportunities.
Required Experience
- Have 5-8+ years of relevant experience in Dubai or UAE real estate.
- Have proven experience in business development, investment origination, acquisitions, development, brokerage, or strategic partnerships.
- Maintain a strong and proven existing network within Dubai's real estate industry.
- Source off-market and proprietary investment opportunities.
- Deal directly with landowners, developers, high-net-worth individuals, family-owned offices, investors, and senior decision-makers.
- Experience with joint ventures, land transactions, acquisitions, distressed assets, or development opportunities is highly desirable.
- Have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and development landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.
