Investment Manager - Europe and The Americas Region (UAE National Only)

Job Purpose

Regional Operations and Strategic Delivery

• Support the Regional Director with regional plans, initiatives, services, and KPIs across Europe and the Americas.
• Manage investment attraction and international expansion opportunities in CRM and business systems with accurate data and timely follow-up.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential companies, investors, and expansion opportunities aligned with Dubai’s strategic sectors.
• Conduct market, sector, and company research for regional planning and management decision-making.
• Coordinate with international offices and internal departments to advance leads and deliver an integrated client experience.
• Prepare performance reports, opportunity pipelines, executive presentations, and strategic analyses for senior management.

Investment Attraction and Business Expansion

• Manage prospective investor relationships from initial engagement through establishment, growth, and expansion in Dubai.
• Advise international companies on Dubai’s business ecosystem and connect them with relevant public- and private-sector partners.
• Support Dubai-based companies entering Europe and the Americas by identifying business opportunities, partners, customers, and investment prospects.
• Maintain relationships with priority companies, investors, business groups, and ecosystem partners to generate qualified opportunities.
• Represent Dubai Chambers at events, exhibitions, business missions, and forums promoting Dubai as a global business and investment hub.
• Coordinate business delegations, tailored programs, high-value meetings, and monitoring of supported-company outcomes.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Business, Finance, International Relations, or a related field is required.
• A postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification is an advantage.

Minimum Experience and Skills

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in investment attraction, FDI, international business development, trade promotion, economic development, or a related field.
• Experience developing and managing investment or business development pipelines and converting opportunities into measurable outcomes.
• Strong experience engaging senior executives, investors, government entities, and other stakeholders.
• Understanding of international markets, investment trends, and business environments, preferably involving Europe and/or the Americas.
• Experience in market research, sector analysis, opportunity development, CRM, pipeline management, data quality, follow-up, and performance reporting.
