Associate Manager - AI Transformation

Job Purpose

AI Transformation Strategy and Implementation

• Lead implementation of the AI transformation roadmap.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases across business functions.
• Support deployment of AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Ensure AI initiatives align with organizational objectives.

AI Project and Program Management

• Manage AI and automation projects from concept through implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams for successful delivery.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, budgets, and implementation progress.

Innovation and Process Optimization

• Monitor AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and emerging technology developments.
• Evaluate innovative solutions, conduct pilots and proofs of concept, and support AI investment business cases.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes.
• Redesign workflows with departments and track efficiency improvements and business benefits.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

• Engage business units to understand operational requirements and transformation opportunities.
• Promote AI awareness and adoption and support related change management activities.
• Deliver presentations, workshops, and awareness sessions to stakeholders.
• Manage technology providers, consultants, and implementation partners and monitor vendor performance.

Governance and Responsible AI

• Support development and implementation of AI governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and ethical AI requirements.
• Promote responsible and secure use of AI technologies across Dubai Chambers.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, information systems, engineering, or digital transformation.
• 6–8 years of experience in technology, digital transformation, project management, or innovation.
• 3–5 years leading AI, automation, digital transformation, or emerging technology initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and external technology partners.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, technology management, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, AI, cloud, or digital transformation certifications.
• Preferred experience includes AI, Generative AI, Copilot, automation, intelligent workflows, enterprise adoption, or government and large-enterprise transformation.
