About the Role
Dubai Public Prosecution seeks an Investigation Officer to support criminal investigations. The role involves receiving case files, preparing reports, managing seizures, and assisting prosecutors with investigations and court procedures.

Responsibilities
- Receive case files through the electronic system and check them before presenting to the prosecution member.
- Present criminal case files with seizures to the prosecution member.
- Open investigation reports and confirm statements, documents, reports, photos, and seizures.
- Print dispositions of cases such as referral orders, administrative preservation, and recovery memoranda.
- Prepare and print orders of detention, release, bail, costs, and summons.
- Note attendance or non attendance of summoned persons in investigation reports.
- Disassemble and seize seizures under prosecutor supervision and hand over to competent department.
- Transport with prosecutor to investigate, inspect crime scenes, or inspect police station detention.
- Follow up on detention orders and expiration dates under prosecutor supervision.
- Follow up receipt of technical reports related to investigation and litigation from concerned authorities.
- Organize appointments of case parties and reviewers.
- Organize administrative work of the prosecutor including correspondence, contacts, and interviews.

Job Description
- Receiving case files through the electronic system and checking them and their attachments before presenting them to the specialized member of the prosecution.
- Presenting the files of criminal cases received through the electronic system with the seizures to the member of the prosecution.
- Opening the investigation report and confirming the statements, documents, reports, photos and seizures attached to the case file.
- Printing the disposition of cases (referral order, administrative preservation, recovery memorandum, memorandum of lack of jurisdiction) in opinion cases.
- Preparing and printing orders of detention, release, bail, costs, and summons.
- Noting the attendance or non attendance of summoned persons in the investigation report.
- Disassembling and seizing seizures (in kind seizures monetary seizures) under the supervision of the prosecutor and handing them over to the competent department for the purpose of depositing them.
- Transport with the prosecutor to investigate, inspect the crime scene, or inspect the police station's detention and penal institutions
- Following up on detention orders and their expiration date under the supervision of the prosecutor.
- Follow up the receipt of technical reports related to investigation and litigation procedures from the concerned authorities.
- Organizing the appointments of case parties and reviewers.
- Organizing the administrative work of the prosecutor, including preparing correspondence, organizing contacts and interviews.
