- Monitor daily inventory of bakery ingredients (flour, sugar, yeast, dairy, etc.)
- Maintain accurate stock records using inventory software/Excel
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Follow FIFO method to manage stock rotation and expiry control
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and delivery
- Prepare purchase orders based on production requirements
- Track stock consumption and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Minimize wastage and control inventory costs
