- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements
- Create and publish job advertisements on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and qualifications
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads
- Follow up with candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and assist in the selection and offer process
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while providing a positive candidate experience
