Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads including sourdough, whole grain, baguettes, ciabatta, brioche, and specialty breads
- Follow and develop recipes to maintain consistency and quality
- Plan daily production schedules to meet customer demand
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ingredients accordingly
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards for taste, texture, and presentation
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the baking area
- Experiment with new recipes and techniques to introduce innovative bread options
- Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, proofers, and mixers
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bread Chef, Baker, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of bread making techniques including fermentation, proofing, and baking
- Familiarity with various flours, grains, and leavening agents
- Ability to work early morning shifts and manage time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including sourdough, whole grain, baguettes, ciabatta, brioche burger bun, potato bun and specialty breads.
- Follow and develop recipes to maintain consistency and quality.
- Plan daily production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ingredients accordingly.
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the baking area.
- Experiment with new recipes and techniques to introduce innovative bread options.
- Customize bread offerings based on seasonal ingredients or customer preferences.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, proofers, and mixers.
- Report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate timely repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bread Chef, Baker, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of bread making techniques, including fermentation, proofing, and baking.
- Familiarity with various flours, grains, and leavening agents.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing top quality products.
