We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Interview Process & Recruitment Coordinator to manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment and interview process between Jeel, staffing vendors, project teams, hiring managers, and customers.
The role will be responsible for ensuring timely resource fulfillment, smooth interview coordination, accurate recruitment tracking, vendor management, and onboarding readiness. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations skills.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Interview Process & Recruitment Coordinator to manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment and interview process between Jeel, staffing vendors, project teams, hiring managers, and customers.
The role will be responsible for ensuring timely resource fulfillment, smooth interview coordination, accurate recruitment tracking, vendor management, and onboarding readiness. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate resource requests from Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Project Owners, and Customers, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process , including interview scheduling, candidate communication, vendor coordination, interview panel coordination, and feedback collection.
- Act as the primary point of contact between staffing vendors, hiring managers, project teams, and Customers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain and monitor candidate pipelines, interview schedules, hiring trackers, recruitment dashboards, and status reports.
- Follow up with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of interviews, feedback, approvals, and hiring decisions.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and mobilization activities, ensuring Day-1 readiness and smooth deployment to projects.
