Role Overview
Expand the company's international presence through the Cross-Border Centre by identifying, developing, and converting business opportunities.
Research markets, generate and qualify leads, develop client and partner relationships, and turn opportunities into sustainable business.
Market Research and Opportunity Development
- Research countries, industries, client segments, market trends, competitors, regulations, and customer needs.
- Identify gaps and opportunities that can become qualified business leads.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of target companies, clients, referral sources, and strategic partners.
- Recommend priority markets and sectors based on commercial potential and business fit.
Lead Generation and Business Development
- Approach and qualify potential international clients and business partners.
- Develop outreach through email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, events, and other channels.
- Manage leads from initial contact through qualification, follow-up, proposals, negotiation, and conversion.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate suitable internal solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closing.
