Debt Collection Operations Executive

Documents and Information Management

• Receive, organize, and maintain client-provided documents and information.
• Save and categorize documents so they remain accessible.
• Track received and outstanding documents and required follow-ups.
• Provide Legal Debt Collection with information and documents for transferred cases.
• Confirm that transferred cases contain required information before handover.

Field Visit Coordination

• Separate field-visit cases by region and complete required allocation by the end of each working day.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to keep field-visit information current.
• Maintain field-visit assignment records and support required follow-up.

Coordination and Compliance

• Coordinate with Collection team members to meet operational and reporting deadlines.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and internal stakeholders on case and reporting requirements.
• Escalate delays, missing information, and operational issues to the relevant leader or manager.
• Maintain accurate information and follow operational procedures and client-specific requirements.
• Protect confidential client and debtor information and store records according to company procedures.
• Identify missing information, inconsistencies, and process gaps for management review.

General Operations Support

• Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by the Collection Operations Manager or Team Leader.
• Support client onboarding, portfolio transfers, reporting cycles, and other operational activities.
• Contribute to the organization, accuracy, and efficiency of collection operations.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in collection operations, operations administration, debt collection support, back-office operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, administrative, follow-up, communication, and coordination skills are required.
• Experience in a collection agency, financial services, or a similar environment is advantageous.
• Candidates should be comfortable working with Excel, ERP or CRM systems, portals, and shared files.
• Good command of English is preferred for international clients or CBC-related operations.
