About the Role
Al Wadi Holding is seeking a results-driven Debt Collector Executive to manage debtor accounts, negotiate settlements, and maintain consistent follow-up.
The role supports cash flow by recovering outstanding payments while maintaining professionalism, discipline, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Domestic and CBC client portfolios and oversee the full collection process.
- Collect outstanding debts, achieve assigned targets, and contact debtors through phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Conduct skip tracing, investigate delinquent accounts, and review debtor financial status to identify payment solutions.
- Plan recovery strategies and negotiate payment commitments, settlements, and payment extensions.
- Schedule and conduct field visits when location details are available.
- Maintain accurate collection records, promises to pay, payment arrangements, and communications.
- Keep the CRM, client portals, sales reports, and collection reports accurate and up to date.
- Provide account updates, client reports, and case feedback to managers and the operations team.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team on invoices related to collected payments.
