The impact you’ll make

• Develop internal announcements, updates and milestone communications across a global team.
• Plan and own the internal comms calendar so the right message reaches the right people at the right time.
• Uplift our regional offices - scale the comms that work in Melbourne across our global locations so everyone's connected to the big picture, from how announcements land to how all-hands are experienced outside HQ.
• Build stakeholder relationships across every level and entity to amplify comms and surface the stories worth telling.
• Manage the channels and systems that connect our crew to information - including our intranet and Slack.
• Support the planning and delivery of face to face leadership connection moments like Easygo all-hands and AMA.
• Partner with teams across the business to deliver project comms.
• Measure what's working and use it to sharpen how we communicate.
