Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated internal communication and employee engagement plans aligned with organizational priorities, business objectives and cultural goals.
- Conceptualize, plan and deliver employee campaigns across multiple channels, locations and audience groups.
- Partner with senior leaders, HR, business teams, corporate functions and regional stakeholders to identify communication requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
- Manage communications across geographies while ensuring consistency of messaging and appropriate localization for different employee audiences.
- Create high-quality written content, including leadership messages, announcements, newsletters, campaign content, talking points, intranet articles, event communications and employee updates.
- Develop presentations, communication toolkits, briefing documents and campaign materials for leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Support employee engagement programs, town halls, leadership sessions, recognition initiatives, cultural campaigns and organizational events.
- Establish and manage communication calendars, campaign timelines, approval processes and stakeholder review cycles.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, events and external vendor teams to deliver communication and engagement assets.
- Manage allocated budgets, vendor relationships, procurement processes and campaign expenditure.
- Monitor employee feedback, participation and communication performance to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all communications are accurate, timely, audience-focused and aligned with organizational brand and communication standards.
- Support change communication, transformation programs and other sensitive organizational initiatives when required.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate is an experienced internal communications and employee engagement professional who has worked within a large technology services, professional services or similarly complex multinational organization.
The individual should be comfortable navigating matrixed structures, managing multiple stakeholders and coordinating initiatives across different countries, cultures and time zones.
The candidate will be an effective communicator, confident project manager and collaborative partner who can balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
Strong writing, presentation development, campaign management and organizational skills are essential, together with the ability to manage budgets and deliver multiple initiatives within demanding timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in internal communications, employee engagement, corporate communications or a related role.
- Experience working in a large technology services organization, multinational company or complex matrixed business environment.
- Demonstrated experience conceptualizing and managing employee communication and engagement campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across functions, leadership levels and geographies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of proficiency in business and employee-focused content development.
- Strong presentation development skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent presentation tools.
- Experience managing communication projects, budgets, agencies, vendors and delivery timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, geographically distributed environment.
- Strong attention to detail, judgment and sensitivity when handling confidential or organizationally significant information.
- Familiarity with internal communication channels, collaboration platforms, employee engagement tools and digital communication practices.
- Willingness to collaborate across time zones and support major organizational initiatives when required.
