The Opportunity

  • Seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Software Engineering Intern.
  • Gain practical experience contributing to development of core software platforms.
  • Learn about the entire software development lifecycle—coding, testing, deployment, maintenance.
  • Work closely with senior engineers focusing on Full Stack development (Node/React) in a cloud based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coding, testing, and debugging new features for existing software services.
  • Contribute to maintaining code quality and consistency within the development environment.
  • Learn and apply modern software architectures and design patterns under guidance.
  • Document development processes and system changes for knowledge sharing.
  • Support day to day deployment and maintenance of software applications.
  • Assist senior developers in tasks related to cloud based architecture and application management (AWS preferred).
  • Participate in code reviews and learn about CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Shadow and support senior engineers in communicating project status and technical details.
  • Assist in gathering basic requirements by partnering with internal department heads.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 0 years required. Demonstrated interest and passion for software engineering.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
  • Must be a native Arabic speaker with strong verbal communication skills and good English capability.
  • Basic knowledge or coursework in Full Stack development, preferably with Node.js or React.
  • Understanding of fundamental programming concepts and data structures.
  • Willingness to learn about building and maintaining APIs (RESTful APIs).
  • Strong problem solving skills, curiosity, high attention to detail, and proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Coursework or project experience with SQL and NoSQL database concepts.
  • Familiarity with collaborative development tools like Git.
  • Interest in AI driven code development.
