INTERIOR FIT-OUT- Project Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver projects from initiation through completion and handover.
• Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, resources, productivity, manpower, materials, and deliverables.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, design, engineering, procurement, production, MEP, and internal teams.
• Manage costs, cash flow, variations, progress claims, payments, RFIs, submittals, approvals, risks, and change control.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, project timelines, HSE requirements, and UAE regulations.
• Act as the primary client and stakeholder contact and provide meetings, updates, and reports.
• Lead inspections, issue resolution, snagging, testing and commissioning, handover, warranties, O&M manuals, and as-built drawings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing interior fit-out or design and build projects from start to finish.
• Knowledge of fit-out construction, joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, and site execution.
• Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost-control, and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and MS Office.
• Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, variations, progress claims, handover procedures, and UAE construction, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
