Compensation

• Pay is SAR 5,000–7,000 per month.

Role Overview

Technical Design and Engineering

• Prepare technical drawings, shop drawings, and section details for sliding, casement, lift-and-slide, and curtain-wall systems.
• Perform structural calculations for wind loads, glass thickness, and mullion sizing.
• Use AutoCAD and Excel for technical work.

Glazing Expertise

• Work with toughened, laminated, DGU, Low-E, and heat-soak-tested glass.
• Select glass according to energy codes including NFRC and ENERGY STAR for USA projects.
• Handle U-channel, structural glazing, toggle, and EPDM gasket fixing details.

Production, Site, and Quality

• Guide fabrication teams on cutting lists and assembly.
• Resolve site technical issues and coordinate water-leakage and air-infiltration testing.
• Perform quality checks according to AAMA standards.

Team Leadership

• Lead 2–3 CAD designers or draftsmen.
• Train site teams on installation best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 7–12 years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of aluminium systems including Domal, Aluk, Technal, Schuco, Reynaers, and Hindalco.
• AutoCAD 2D/3D proficiency is mandatory.
• Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Understanding of thermal-break and non-thermal-break systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of AAMA, NFRC, and ASTM standards is preferred.
• Logikal, Schucal, or Orgadata experience is a strong plus.
• Certification in Facade Engineering is a plus.
