• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the yacht industry , preferably in yacht interior engineering, outfitting, furniture production, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a team leadership or supervisory position is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of yacht interior construction, furniture, materials, hardware, and installation methods .
• Strong knowledge of technical drawings, 3D modelling, and engineering documentation.
• Good knowledge of SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software.
• Proven ability to coordinate between design, engineering, production, purchasing, and installation teams .
• Strong understanding of production processes and the practical implementation of interior design solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions and take ownership of technical and production-related issues.
