Position Overview
Abu Alnaga is expanding its creative team and seeking an experienced Interior Designer in Dubai, UAE.
The role focuses on high-rise residential and commercial interior projects and covers design development through site execution.
Experience Required
- Minimum five years of professional experience in interior design.
- A strong portfolio in high-rise building projects is mandatory.
- Proven experience in detailed design development and execution drawings.
Software and Technical Skills
- Candidates must be highly proficient in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and the AI tool listed in the source.
- Required technical capabilities include space planning, detailing, construction methods, design accuracy, and execution drawing development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts aligned with project requirements.
- Prepare shop drawings, execution drawings, technical documentation, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure design accuracy from concept through site execution and conduct site visits when required.
- Select luxury materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong understanding of space planning, detailing, and construction methods.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and design accuracy.
- Ability to convert design concepts into practical execution drawings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous UAE experience in interior or architectural projects is preferred.
- Experience in high-rise or large-scale developments is preferred.
- Strong presentation and client communication skills are preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Portfolio submission is mandatory.
