- Support PMTs by administering document interfaces with onshore/offshore contractors and RLIC entities across all project phases
- Implement data flow workflows to optimize documentation exchange and improve project outcomes
- Ensure consistent implementation of the Project Interface Management Plan
- Administer, update, and maintain comprehensive onshore and offshore Interface Agreements (IAs)
- Provide document control oversight for onshore interface activities between PMT and external RLIC companies, operators, and end users
- Maintain interface data logs to monitor documentation exchange and evaluate process effectiveness
- Coordinate with Offshore Project Interface team to transmit requested deliverables to third parties and government bodies on schedule
- Manage tracking and expediting system to secure and log formal project interface approvals, acceptances, and agreements
- Administer document transmittal process for offshore and onshore contractors/subcontractors during activities
- Enforce strict communication and transmittal protocols to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent interface data exchange
- Maintain and verify accuracy of master interface register and individual interface agreements
- Apply quality control measures to contractor data submissions and support audits of contractors' Interface Document Management Systems

- Experience in interface management and document control
