Integration Implementation Analyst

Qualifications

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• PMP certification preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare IT interface development and support
• 3–5 years of experience working on software implementations or technical projects (within a healthcare related environment highly desired)
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs and project management tools, including MS Project, Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
• Qualifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with HL7, APIs, XML, and flat file integrations
• Experience with Corepoint, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf or similar integration engines
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience with Python or Perl scripting
• Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, and data warehouse environments
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with risk management
• Client-facing customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams
• High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SalesForce is preferred
• Effective negotiation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to own and drive integration deliverables within complex implementation programs
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
