Role overview
A Fortune 200 company is rebuilding its global integration platform through a new capability centre in India.
The role will modernize accumulated point-to-point connections between ERP, CRM, and regional systems.
Flexiple is hiring the engineers on behalf of the company.
What you would build
- Build APIs and event flows that regional teams can integrate against without direct assistance.
- Create versioned message contracts so consumers are not broken by another team’s release.
- Handle retry, idempotency, and replay deliberately rather than discovering them during incidents.
- Improve tracing so that lost records can be found efficiently.
- Assess the existing integration estate before deciding what should replace legacy connections.
Collaboration
- Work with enterprise architects who set technical direction and regional IT teams that own required systems.
- Persuasion and stakeholder coordination are important parts of the role.
What the role asks for
- 4 to 8 years of experience in enterprise integration, APIs, or event pipelines.
