Product Development
- Build responsive and accessible interfaces using React or a similar modern framework.
- Translate product specifications and design mockups into production-ready components.
- Own features from prototype through release and iterate using customer feedback.
Quality and Performance
- Write clean, tested, and maintainable frontend code.
- Review teammates' pull requests.
- Optimize page load, rendering, and bundle size for a fast product experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience building production frontend applications.
- Strong command of JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and modern CSS.
- Comfort working in a small team with shifting priorities and few processes.
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience shipping a product from near-zero to real customer usage.
- Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, or Figma handoff.
- Exposure to a startup or another high-ambiguity environment.
