About the Role

- Lead all elements of I&S Opportunities through the I&S Process, ensuring all Stage and Decision Gate deliverables are met
- Lead the opportunity pursuit, engaging and aligning all stakeholders to build a winning strategy for proposals or bids
- Ensure company processes and procedures are strictly followed, including OFSE Sales and Commercial principles
- Contribute to the development and adherence of I&S processes to ensure project risks are correctly documented, evaluated and mitigated
- Draft the initial Project Plan and all parts thereof, including Risk Management Plan, Communications Plan, Sourcing Plan, etc.
- Ensure commercial models accurately reflect the most likely return on investment and profitability
- Provide leadership for negotiations with customers, contracted parties, vendors and other relevant parties
- Perform contract handover through the use of the Service Level Agreement component during Project Mobilization stage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, commercial or scientific discipline
- 12+ years of relevant oil & gas operator or service company experience
- Experience leading Integrated Commercial bids
- 3+ years of experience in Integrated Projects
- Strong understanding of Upstream business environment
- Good knowledge of Well Engineering, Well Construction, Rigs, equipment packages and technical solutions
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, influencing, analytical, decision making and planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organization
- Significant knowledge of business plans, Project Planning, Project Management Methodology and Proposal/bid creation
