Job Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Insurance Program Administrator / Coordinator to join our growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will support day to day insurance operations, including policy administration, claims coordination, underwriting support, documentation management, and client servicing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage insurance policy administration activities.
  • Assist in claims processing, claims tracking, and claims documentation.
  • Support underwriting and renewal processes for insurance programs.
  • Maintain accurate insurance records, databases, and policy documentation.
  • Review insurance related documents and ensure timely processing.
  • Follow up with clients, brokers, insurers, and internal departments regarding claims and policy matters.
  • Monitor policy renewals and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and insurance related administrative documentation.
  • Assist with premium tracking, payments, and reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
  • Handle general coordination and administrative support for insurance operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • Previous experience in insurance administration, claims processing, underwriting support, or coordination roles is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills may also apply.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
