- Assist Insulators in installation, maintenance, repair, and removal of insulation systems
- Carry insulation materials, tools, and equipment to and from work locations
- Assist in measuring, cutting, shaping, and fitting insulation materials
- Support installation of metal cladding, jacketing, and protective coverings
- Help remove damaged or deteriorated insulation during maintenance
- Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces and removing debris
- Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work areas
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times
Requirements
- Ability to assist in insulation activities
- Physical ability to carry materials and tools
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and use PPE

Job Description
- Assist Insulators in the installation, maintenance, repair, and removal of thermal, acoustic, and fireproof insulation systems.
- Support insulation activities on piping, vessels, tanks, equipment, ducts, and associated components.
- Carry insulation materials, tools, and equipment to and from work locations.
- Assist in measuring, cutting, shaping, and fitting insulation materials under the guidance of Insulators.
- Support the installation of metal cladding, jacketing, and protective coverings.
- Help remove damaged or deteriorated insulation during maintenance and shutdown activities.
- Prepare work areas by cleaning surfaces and removing debris before insulation work begins.
- Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work areas, workshops, and storage locations.
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents, near misses, and damaged equipment to supervisors.
