Job Description

  • The Learning & Talent Data and AI Specialist is responsible for crafting engaging, effective, and learner centered digital and classroom learning solutions.
  • This role combines instructional design, occasional facilitation, and digital learning creation.
  • The role uses data to identify trends, anomalies, and targeted opportunities for improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design curricula and educational content: structure learning journeys, modules, courses.
  • Own the processes for end to end data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Create digital learning assets using authoring tools (e.g. e learning modules, simulations, videos & AI).
  • Learning Experience Management: manage and optimize the learner journey within LMS/LXP/AI.
  • Develop assessment tools and evaluation strategies to measure learning outcomes.
  • Integrate technology: make effective use of LinkedIn Learning, LMS/LXP/AI platforms, multimedia.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, graphic designers.
  • Incorporate feedback and iterate after delivery.
  • Ensure accessibility, usability, and learner engagement.
  • Stay current with learning trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct Skills Based Needs Assessments.
  • Facilitate learning sessions (online, virtual classroom, or in person).

  • Data analysis and design of dashboards for reporting.
  • Facilitation: leading workshops, webinars, and engaging diverse learners.
  • Learner centered approach: addressing different learning styles, cultures, and accessibility needs.
  • Digital content creation: e learning, AI tools, video, multimedia, and storytelling.
  • Visual and creative design: layout, flow, scenario/simulation design.
  • LMS / LXP management: delivering and tracking digital learning content.
  • Assessment & analytics: designing evaluations, analyzing feedback.
  • Communication & collaboration: clear writing, simplifying concepts, stakeholder engagement.
  • Project management: planning, managing timelines and resources.
  • Technology adaptability: leveraging emerging tools and platforms for learning.
