- Perform troubleshooting, inspection, testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance of field instrumentation
- Maintain and calibrate Pressure, Level, Flow, and Temperature Transmitters and Switches
- Maintain and troubleshoot pH and Conductivity Analyzers
- Inspect, test, install, remove, and adjust vibration monitoring instruments
- Maintain and troubleshoot Control Valves, On Off Valves, Solenoid Valves, and associated valve accessories
- Use hand tools and calibration equipment for instrument maintenance and testing activities
- Record maintenance activities in CMMS and prepare basic maintenance reports
- Follow work permits, SOPs, work instructions, and HSE requirements
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instrument maintenance within Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Process Industries
- Hands on experience with transmitters, switches, analyzers, vibration monitoring systems, and control valves
- Proficient in calibration, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of field instruments
- Experience using instrument calibration tools, test equipment, and hand tools
- Familiarity with CMMS, Permit to Work (PTW), and industrial maintenance procedures
- Knowledge of HSE standards, PPE requirements, and safe work practices
- Ability to read and follow technical procedures and maintenance instructions
- Basic report writing skills and good communication in written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect, test, install, remove, and adjust vibration monitoring instruments including Accelerometers, Velometers, Proximity Probes, Speed Probes, and Proximitors.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Control Valves, On Off Valves, Solenoid Valves, and associated valve accessories.
- Use hand tools and calibration equipment for instrument maintenance and testing activities.
- Record maintenance activities in CMMS and prepare basic maintenance reports.
- Follow work permits, SOPs, work instructions, and HSE requirements during all maintenance activities.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instrument maintenance within Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or Process Industries.
