- Instruct group fitness classes (e.g., aerobics, spinning, strength training) at all ability levels
- Provide advice to individuals on correct exercise methods with fitness equipment
- Assess individual's current exercise program and develop personalized exercise programs
- Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
- Observe activity in recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies
- Clean and maintain recreational area, equipment, and supplies

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience

Position Summary

Duties
- Instruct group fitness classes (e.g., aerobics, spinning, strength training)

- Report accidents and unsafe conditions to manager
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
Required Qualifications

- First Aid Certification
- Fitness Equipment knowledge
- Fitness Instruction skills
- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
