- Support adaptive and data driven learning models where applicable
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or related field
- 4–7 years of experience in instructional design within higher education, corporate learning, or online learning environments
- Strong grounding in learning theories and design models (Backward Design, ADDIE, Constructivism, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in assessment design and learning outcome mapping
- Hands on experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle and Blackboard

Role Description
- The Instructional Designer is responsible for structuring learning content into effective, measurable instructional solutions.
- The role focuses on learning objectives, assessment design, content flow, and instructional rigor, ensuring alignment with academic standards, accreditation requirements, and intended learning outcomes.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyse learning needs, learner profiles, and performance gaps
- Design course structures, learning pathways, and instructional blueprints
- Write and align learning outcomes mapped to Bloom’s Taxonomy or equivalent frameworks

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in instructional design within higher education, corporate learning, or online learning environments
- Strong grounding in learning theories and design models (Backward Design, ADDIE, Constructivism, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in assessment design and learning outcome mapping
- Hands on experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, and Blackboard
Preferred Skills
- Experience with micro credentials and stackable learning models
- Familiarity with adaptive learning systems and data informed instructional design
- Experience designing for accreditation driven or regulated learning environments
