- Must reside in the UAE and be physically present on campus for meetings and events

Description
- Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU) is seeking exceptional scholars passionate about advancing innovative online education.
- Faculty are expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses fully online, develop digital content, and maintain active research.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Teaching: Delivering advanced courses using HBMSU’s interactive smart learning platform
- Curriculum Development: Designing and updating course materials to incorporate emerging trends
- Research: Publishing in high impact, peer reviewed journals and pursuing research funding
- Mentorship: Supervising Ph.D. dissertations and guiding scholars in research methodologies
- Professional Development: Developing and delivering workshops for professionals
- Service: Contributing to program accreditation, academic governance, and outreach
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Ph.D. in at least one of the listed areas from an AACSB accredited university (ABD candidates near completion considered)
- Strong scholarly preparation with ability to teach and publish in English
- Strong record of research or clear evidence of research potential
- Must meet SBQM’s AACSB academic qualification criteria
- Ability to teach and engage learners effectively in online undergraduate and graduate programs
