Requirements
- PhD in Operational Management, Quality Management, or related field from an AACSB accredited institution
- Proven experience teaching graduate level courses in Quantitative Research Methods, Service Quality, Quality Management, and related topics
- Strong record of publication in high impact journals
- Demonstrated success in guiding doctoral dissertations
- For Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years post PhD academic experience
- For Full Professor: Minimum 10 years experience with distinguished research leadership

- Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University seeks a dynamic Associate Professor/Professor in Operational Management with expertise in supervising PhD research
- Role central to advancing the PhD in Quality Management program
Main Roles & Responsibilities
- Teaching: Delivering graduate level courses in Quantitative Research Methods and Statistics, Service Quality and Excellence, Implementation and Applications of Quality Management, Seminar in Quality Management
- Curriculum Development: Updating course content to reflect trends such as AI driven operations and Quality Management

Required Qualification & Skills

Rank and Appointment Criteria
- Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years of post PhD academic experience, with evidence of teaching excellence, impactful research, and PhD mentorship
- Full Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience, distinguished leadership in research, and a sustained record of doctoral supervision
