Instructional Designer

Current Responsibilities

• Synthesize information from multiple, diverse stakeholder s into cohesive, unified learning content and materials aligning to learning objectives and drive behavioral change
• Write and evaluate learning objectives to determine which delivery methods best support MarketStar Core Values and business objectives that have measurable outcomes
• Develop recommendations for changes and improvements to learning content and materials , ensuring alignment with company objectives and culture
• Serve as a strategic partner to support the consistency and quality of learning content and materials
• Research and incorporate best practices and ideas from the industry and other disciplines
• Manage and execute LMS learning campaigns
• Provide technical support for systems including Workday LMS and Skillsoft LMS

Qualifications

• Knowledge of learning & motivation theories, behavioral outcome, technology application, cognitive science and instructional design principles
• Experience working with Articulate 360 , Canva, Adobe and Office 365 applications
• Experience conducting needs analysis and creating effective evaluation models
• Exceptional verbal, oral, and written communication skills; proven ability to translate complex information
• Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven experience creating, designing and developing learning content and materials
• Proven experience utilizing a learning management system

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education , Instructional Design or related fields.
• Certification in Instructional Design or related areas.
