Role Overview
Lead a large-scale client portfolio supporting a global B2B professional networking and digital marketing solutions provider.
Own end-to-end accountability for a 400-plus employee organization across acquisition, onboarding, account management, retention, renewals, and advertising operations.
Own business outcomes, operational excellence, client partnerships, people leadership, commercial performance, growth, transformation, and innovation.
Client Delivery and Operations
- Own performance across SLAs, KPIs, quality, productivity, revenue, and customer outcomes.
- Establish governance, forecasting, performance management, and accountability frameworks.
- Identify risks, perform root-cause analysis, and scale best practices across teams and programs.
Client and Commercial Leadership
- Advise client stakeholders and senior leaders, translate priorities into operating strategies, and lead executive reviews and escalations.
- Manage revenue, cost, productivity, profitability, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Lead customer-facing and revenue-generating programs across the customer lifecycle and advertising operations.
