Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite Executive Assistant role based in Bengaluru.
The role provides comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders and contributes to a smooth, efficient office environment.
Executive Administration
- Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, daily schedule, emails, correspondence, and calls.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, meeting rooms, and required documentation.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, meeting notes, and other business documents.
- Support preparation for meetings, reviews, presentations, and business discussions.
Stakeholder and Follow-up Support
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and employees, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely closure and effective prioritization.
- Coordinate with departments to gather information and provide timely leadership updates.
