Role Overview
Account development sales role focused on customer growth for a professional networking platform.
The role manages inbound and outbound sales motions and transitions qualified leads to onboarding.

MarketStar provides outsourced B2B demand, sales, customer success, and revenue operations solutions.
The client is described as the world's largest professional networking platform.
Core Responsibilities
- Research and map prospective accounts and conduct strategic outreach.
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales activity across phone, email, video, and social media.
- Generate introductory calls, identify client needs, and transition qualified leads to onboarding.
- Maintain pipeline metrics, meet sales targets, develop product knowledge, and follow sales SLAs and cadences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two to four years of customer-facing experience is preferred, ideally in technology or advertising sales development.
- Experience in a new business environment, marketing knowledge, and CRM familiarity are preferred or advantageous.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, self-starting behavior, time management, independence, and adaptability are emphasized.
