- Manage a portfolio of institutional clients as primary point of contact
- Deepen and grow relationships by understanding client trading needs and driving activation, retention, and share of wallet
- Coordinate internal resources across product, operations, and support to resolve client needs
- Gather structured client feedback and channel into product and process improvements
- Help shape the account management function including coverage models and best practices
Requirements
- 3 7 years of experience managing institutional clients
- Background in crypto exchanges, crypto buy side, or TradFi prime brokerage/institutional coverage
- Experience in crypto space with existing institutional network is a strong plus
- Commercially sharp with ability to grow accounts
- Comfortable in fast moving, less structured environment
- English mandatory; bilingual preferred

What You'll Own
- Manage a portfolio of institutional clients — trading firms, funds, market makers, and family offices.
- Deepen and grow relationships: understand trading needs, identify opportunities, drive activation, retention, and share of wallet.
- Coordinate internal resources across product, operations, and support to resolve client needs.
- Gather structured client feedback and channel into product and process improvements.
- Help shape the account management function: coverage models, engagement cadences, and best practices.
Who We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience managing institutional clients end to end.
- Backgrounds: crypto exchanges, crypto buy side, or TradFi prime brokerage/institutional coverage.
- Experience in crypto space with existing institutional network is a strong plus.
- Commercially sharp: know how to grow an account.
- Comfortable in fast moving, less structured environment.
- English mandatory; bilingual preferred.
