About The Role

• Superlink is a flagship product within Gate’s Institutional Business, bridging traditional finance and digital assets.
• This role evolves in two phases:
• **Phase 1 — Internal (Current Focus):**
• PMO‑adjacent role focused on cross‑functional coordination (Compliance, business units, etc.) to keep workstreams on track, manage dependencies, and drive internal accountability.
• **Phase 2 — External (Growth Path):**
• As the role matures, you’ll step into external‑facing responsibilities, supporting ecosystem partners across growth, partnerships, and operations.
• It’s a unique opportunity to build from the ground up and grow into a visible, partner‑facing role at the intersection of two financial worlds.

Responsibilities

• Internal Project Management: Act as PMO for the Superlink ecosystem, managing workflows and cross‑departmental collaboration (Legal, Compliance, BD).
• Partner Onboarding & Compliance: Lead institutional partner onboarding, overseeing compliance reviews, due diligence, and administrative procedures to ensure seamless integration.
• Process Optimization: Design, document, and implement SOPs to standardize internal processes, improving efficiency and scalability.
• BD Support: Handle internal coordination for partnership initiatives (documentation, task flows), allowing BD to focus on external relationships.
• Operational Coordination: Align internal stakeholders on deliverables and timelines for key ecosystem components (banking,质押借贷, OES, RWA/DUSD, crossEX).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years in project management, PMO, operations, or coordination.

• Combined Background (Must‑Have)

• Traditional Finance: Solid grounding in institutional products and how that world operates.
• Crypto Industry: Practical understanding of how the crypto space works.
• Mid‑level. Looking for the right mix of experience, not just years. PMO/project management backgrounds are a strong fit for Phase 1, with a clear path to grow into external scope.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, navigate complex structures, and drive alignment across teams.
• Excellent coordination skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, BD) and external partners.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) required.
