About the Role
Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government seeks an Institutional Effectiveness Specialist to coordinate academic accreditation, manage surveys, analyze data, and support quality assurance.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the School to deal with academic accreditation standards through communication, training, and awareness activities
- Coordinate all aspects of academic accreditations with Ministry of Education and other initiatives
- Support development, design, administration, and analysis of MBRSG surveys related to institutional effectiveness
- Assess and review policies and procedures
- Collate and prepare annual reports such as Fact book, statistics, and data for accreditation requirements
- Participate as part of audit team with ownership and effective communication
- Conduct business analysis by collecting and evaluating data, prepare performance reports
- Support quality documentation and maintain quality records
- Support units in self assessments to highlight gaps
- Conduct feasibility studies for development of academic programs
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Quality Management
- Professional Quality Management Certification like ISO preferred
- 3 7 years experience in quality assurance institutional effectiveness preferably within an academic institution
- UAE nationality required

Job Description

- Collate and prepare annual reports such as Fact book, statistics, and data for accreditation requirements
- Participate as integral part of audit team with ownership and effective communication
- Conduct business analysis by collecting and evaluating data, prepare performance reports
- Support business by providing analysis services and documenting non conformity (NCR)
- Work with internal audit team to analyze causes for NCR and help departments close NCR
- Support quality documentation and maintain quality records
- Support units in self assessments to highlight gaps
- Conduct feasibility studies for development of academic programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Quality Management, preferably with professional Quality Management Certification like ISO
- 3 7 years experience in quality assurance institutional effectiveness preferably within an academic institution
