Role overview
The Graduate Installation Coordinator will handle and resolve installation bookings and queries within service-level agreements, with a focus on customer experience.
The role supports customer service, installer coordination, service desk activity, and delivery of business metrics.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and emails about telematics device installations within company SLAs and metrics.
- Manage service desk tickets raised by other business areas.
- Coordinate installation bookings with third-party engineering teams.
- Arrange installation dates with customers and communicate those dates clearly.
- Handle installation queries from other departments.
- Discuss Radius products and refer customers to other divisions.
- Update customer account information in tickets and the CRM.
- Follow departmental processes and notify management of SLA risks.
- Manage internal and external email responses within SLAs.
- Resolve customer and engineer queries.
Qualifications
- A minimum 2:1 degree in any subject is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be organized, efficient, proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Candidates must be able to work effectively as part of a team and meet deadlines.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, and Excel, is required.
Workplace and schedule
- The role is based in the Crewe office.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
