Role Overview
The Graduate Mobile Developer will join the software development team in Radius's vehicle telematics business unit.
The role provides training, mentoring, and hands-on experience through contributions to live projects.
The position supports connected vehicle solutions used by businesses globally.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and work as a team player.
- Assess feature requests and develop technical solutions.
- Write effective, scalable, and testable code.
- Integrate user-facing elements into applications.
- Improve existing system functionality.
- Test and debug programs.
- Identify and fix production bugs.
Candidate Expectations
- A recent degree in computer science or an equivalent subject.
- Familiarity with Flutter, React Native, KMP, native Kotlin, Java, or Swift.
- Familiarity with REST API endpoints.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party SDKs such as Google Maps, AWS, or Facebook.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Passion for simplifying processes.
- Some understanding of UX/UI design is beneficial.
Schedule
- The stated working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Workplace
- The role is based at Radius's telematics head office at Arden Square, Crewe, Cheshire.
