- Shoot, edit and post high quality video contents for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, Stories, BTS, product features)
- Own the content process from ideation and scheduling to posting and analysis across all social platforms
- Develop engaging short form video, photo and written content that showcases products and offers
- Create engaging content (reels) for social media platforms primarily Instagram leveraging trending formats
- Uploading and scheduling content in line with content calendar and product launches
- Enhance video footage to create visually appealing and engaging content
- Collaborating with influencers
- Collaborate with internal team to plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Grow and engage online community, responding to comments and messages
Requirements
- Experience in a content, social media, or digital marketing role
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content trends
- Skilled in short form video editing (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools
- Comfortable working autonomously

Job Purpose
- We are looking for a candidate to shoot, edit and create Instagram Reels and manage the instagram growth.
- The ideal candidate must have experience increasing the followers and engagement.

- Create engaging content (reels) for social media platforms primarily Instagram leveraging trending formats and techniques.
- Uploading and scheduling content in line with our content calendar and product launches.
- Enhance video footage to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Collaborating with influencers.
- Collaborate with our internal team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Grow and engage our online community, responding to comments and messages in line with our brand voice.
Preferred experience
- Experience in a content, social media, or digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content trends.
- Skilled in short form video editing (Reels, TikToks, Stories).
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools.
- Comfortable working autonomously and able to jump in where needed.
- Bonus if you have experience working with Flowers and Plants.
Pay
- AED 4,000 AED 6,000 per month
