- Awareness of EIAC requirement as applicable for scope

Position Details
- Surveyor / Inspector (Amusement Ride)
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Graduate Engineer – Mechanical/Electrical
- Specialty training: Quality Foundation Course, Safety Awareness Course, BV procedures
- Technical Knowledge: Application of codes and standards, project specifications and procedures
- Expert knowledge of EN13814, EN60204 and all relevant international standards
- Strong knowledge of international codes and standards such as BS, EN and ASTM
- Awareness of EIAC requirement as applicable for his/her scope
- Experience: 6 years (3 years of which in the Amusement ride inspection) within relevant discipline
Responsibilities / Authorities
- Keep himself updated to the internal quality requirements
- Follow quality and technical procedures
- Make inspection based decisions related to technical data
- Ensures external calibration of equipment is within date prior to inspection
- Perform inspection and prepare reports/certificates as per competency approved
- Inspection & verification by adhering to the quality standards and applicable legal requirements

- Authorized to stop work if condition is not safe
- Accountable for cooperating with others on health and safety matters

- Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free
- Report all incidents / Near Miss reporting
- Give feedback on HSE Issues for improvement
- Comply with BV Group HSE policies and clients HSE procedures
- Report immediately any newly identified hazard
- Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation
- Use appropriate PPE at work area
