- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and sales leadership teams to optimize lead management processes, pipeline development, and customer engagement strategies
- Drive high levels of sales activity across inbound opportunities, ensuring prospects receive a seamless and professional buying experience
- Manage team workflows, sales processes, and CRM activities to maintain pipeline accuracy and operational efficiency
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development conversations to enhance individual and team performance
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies that support scalability and sustained revenue growth
- Share insights and best practices with leadership stakeholders to continuously improve sales execution and organizational performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, combined with at least 6 years of progressive sales experience
- Proven success leading, coaching, and developing high performing sales teams in a quota driven environment
- Experience in B2B sales environments, with SaaS industry experience considered a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and ramp sales professionals to productivity and quota attainment
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms and sales workflow management; experience with Salesforce or similar systems is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a data driven approach to decision making
- Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills with a passion for talent development
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment while effectively managing both remote and distributed teams
- High level of ownership, accountability, integrity, and commitment to delivering measurable results
