Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other channels
- Contact potential customers and support scheduling of meetings or product demonstrations
- Support outbound prospecting campaigns targeting French speaking markets
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in French and English
- Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support sales reporting and pipeline tracking
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related field
- Fluency in French (written and spoken)
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Knowledge of lead generation and sales prospecting techniques.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Interest in technology, SaaS, fintech, or B2B sales.
