Company Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Contact potential customers and support scheduling of meetings or product demonstrations.
  • Support outbound prospecting campaigns targeting French speaking markets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in French and English.
  • Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Support sales reporting and pipeline tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or a related field.
  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Good command of English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and sales prospecting techniques.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Interest in technology, SaaS, fintech, or B2B sales.
