Job Description

  • We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern – French Speaker to join our Sales & Business Development team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Contact potential customers and support the scheduling of meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Support outbound prospecting campaigns targeting French speaking markets
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
  • Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in French and English
  • Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support sales reporting and pipeline tracking
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to improve lead conversion
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, International Business, or a related field
  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is required
  • Good command of English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of lead generation and sales prospecting techniques
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Interest in technology, SaaS, fintech, or B2B sales
