Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily sales calls to potential and existing clients in the GCC region.

Identify client requirements for structural steels, pipes, and fittings.

Prepare and share quotations, follow-ups, and order confirmations.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client communications.

Support the export process by coordinating with logistics, documentation, and internal teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in steel, pipe fittings, or oil & gas sectors.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and GCC market requirements is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
