- Contribute to pipeline development with Solution Architects
- Bring fresh ideas for commercial solutions and support Product Leadership in developing new program streams
- Define strategies for specific projects and customers, coordinating with Regional and Account Sales Leads
- Share and cross pollinate relevant content across IET and BH organizations
- Conduct market research and validate customer and market scenarios
- Contribute to development of GTS Digital portfolio and thought leadership content
- Share content and customer outcome insights with internal teams
- Integrate into broader GTS and IET organizations
Requirements
- Degree in a related discipline or equivalent knowledge/work experience
- Minimum 5 years of customer facing work experience in aftermarket services within Energy sector
- Experience in Digital services
- Knowledge of digital sales approaches and good negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead stakeholders in complex matrix environments
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

Overview
- The Gas Technology Services (GTS) Digital group operates within Gas Technology Services (GTS). It represents the heart of our digital business.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to the development of the pipeline, with Solution Architects playing a key role in the early growth of this business.
- Bringing fresh ideas for commercial solutions and supporting the Product Leadership team in developing new program streams based on market feedback.
- Activities include defining strategies for specific projects and customers and coordinating with Regional and Account Sales Leads to set priorities and strategic customer pursuits.
- Sharing and cross pollinating relevant content across the IET and BH organizations by collaborating with other Solution Architects, Sales, and Commercial peers.
- Conducting market research and validating specific customer and market scenarios.
- Actively contributing to the development of the Gas Technology Services (GTS) Digital portfolio, including thought leadership content.
- Actively sharing content and customer outcome insights with internal teams.
- Joining and integrating into the broader Gas Technology Services (GTS) and Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) organizations.
Qualifications
- Have a degree in a related discipline or equivalent knowledge or work experience
- Minimum 5 years of customer facing work experience in aftermarket services within Energy sector.
- Experience in Digital services.
- Demonstrate knowledge of digital sales approaches, good negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate ability to analyse and resolve problems, lead stakeholder in complex matrix environments.
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
