The Design Thinker works with product, design, engineering, marketing, and business teams to improve customer experiences and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply design thinking to complex business and customer challenges.
- Conduct user research, interviews, workshops, surveys, and observations.
- Translate user insights, business requirements, and market trends into solution concepts.
- Develop personas, journey maps, user flows, experience maps, and problem statements.
- Facilitate ideation, design thinking workshops, and innovation sessions.
- Create and evaluate concepts based on user needs, business value, feasibility, and scalability.
- Develop prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, engineering, development, marketing, and business teams.
- Conduct usability testing and refine solutions using feedback.
- Analyze customer feedback, behavioral data, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Support product innovation, service design, digital transformation, and business process improvement.
- Present research, prototypes, concepts, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
